Sounds awesome, no problems.

No, I don't use it live-- I pretty much use nothing but rack gear and since I'm tied to my rack, I don't use heads; thus the reason for parting with this baby.
It's an awesome amp, but I'd rather sell or trade it for something else that I would use more.
