so i thought i would share what i have been doing for the past couple of weeks with everyone on here...i got a double neck guitar kit off ebay and have been working to get it done...i apologize because my camera is not charged at the moment so ill get the pics as soon as it is charged back up...so yeah well this brings me up to another question has anyone else built a guitar???

I have not built one from a kit. I have re-built a couple, but the primary fit and components were all there. I have also completely stripped a couple and repainted and such. It's fun to kind of "make it your own".

i am pretty much stoked right now this baby is almost done...well except for the three weeks it will take to finish it haha but anyway i went out and got my paint yesterday and my abalone shell letters come in the mail(i am putting my initials in the headstock) so i will start to paint this week while i am waiting for my clear coat to come in...i am going to put pictures up a little later once i get myself out of bed haha

Have never tried making a guitar. I'm not handy enough, nor do I have the right tools, I'd bet. It would be more frustrating than fun for me.

ok there is none of the six string neck up close but maybe if you look hard you could see it haha sry i will get some of those...but yeah it is similar to the 12 string neck

ok here we go this is pics of the inlays that i put in the headstock both are my initials which is CI haha but yeah the next pics i put on here this guitar should be done i am just getting too excited i want this to be done
