Please help me identify this amp head -
02-18-2010, 11:09 PM
I need to figure out the make and model of this amp, so I can possibly get schematics and rebuild/customize it. There is no brand printed on it at all, but there is a partial model#. It reads "Model 62 9056" It looks like some of it may be scratched off. It has two 6L6 power Tubes, and 12az7 preamp tubes. The pots are "CTS", and made in 1969. I am assuming its a Montgomery Ward, but could be a silvertone/Sears. I'll try to post pictures, keep in mind that the amp face is pulled out of the cabinet. Its just a head, not a combo. Any info would be great, but i would really like to find he exact make/model/year. Thanks!!!
