both the songs are good, i mean this sort of thing happens all the time it can be considered flattery in some visualalities, i mean for example beethoven's ode to joy has been used in bright eyes' "Road To Joy" and the killers' "Mr. Brightside". but yes it's a legal mess when record companies are involved in any way
