Well this months guitar pedal is coming to a close and many of you did quite well

I'm still thinking of the terms for next months give-away, but I can say next months pedal give-away is going to be bigger, and multiple winners are capable winning.

The pedal give-away is fun! And it's beneficial to our community. I would like to say thank you to all the participants.. you help make this community a better place!

Okay, this is what's in store for next month:

Floyd, you would have to hear the tubescreamer after the mod... has the old chip and a few other pieces were modded.

i was never really a big fan of the original tubescreamers, i have a JRC4558 TS clone i made, i never use it, IMO the original BOSS OD-1 kicked the TS even though they were essentially the same pedal, my problem with the tubescreamer is it's such a one trick pony it only really does one thing lol..... but that's just my opinion, although i don't doubt modding a soundtank can improve it, those things were THE WORST pedals made IMO, noisy as hell, i had a ST flanger, and a reverb..... was glad to see those get busted lol replaced them with arion cheap plastic pedals and they were noisy too but nothing compared to the soundtanks....... but that was when i was a kid when all that shit was new lol
