Default Roland Microcube - 02-04-2009, 05:17 PM

A friend is thinking of getting a new amp, and since this is small and inexpensive with some effects, he is considering one.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of amp? I've read good reviews, and the different amp styles are interesting. It even has a mic pre.

the white one looks pretty, so i'd have to choose between that and classic black

how are the effects on it? I'm sure they're not pedal quality but are they passable? what are your favorite amp models on it?

if you can, if you can record a little with each amp model, then maybe a couple of the effects it'd be much appreciated
