Default Randall RM100 Lynch Box - 01-05-2010, 01:07 AM

Hey all, does anyone have any experience with the RM100 Lynch Box?
If so I am extreamly interested in what you have to say.
I traded my Mesa Boogie Roadster head only for a Brand new RM100LB head with 4 mods(blackface,SL+,Treadplate, and XTC) and a Randall 2x12 cab loaded with 70/80's.

think it was a fair trade? let me know

By the way I really like the new look of Gear-Monkey.com But i miss the little Monkey rock'n out on the guitar at the top!!

Value wise it was a fair trade, those mods add up in price quickly. The question is how do you like the Randall vs the Roadster? I loved my Roadster, it would do everything! Perhaps more than I could ever use.

So for overall tone, how do you like it compared to your old Mesa/Boogie Roadster?

Juggernaut is a user on G-M who uses the Randall Lynch Box I think they are sweet looking amps.

Oh, and the new Gear-Monkey has two different styles like UG uses. You can scroll down to the bottom of this page and select the style on the left bottom side of the screen. It's a drop down menu.

I am going to wait just a little on on replying to if i like the sound or not, since right now I'm still on a "New gear" high, lol. so my opinion will be bias, lol.

I'll get back to you on that.

Yeah the moduals do add up quickly and on top of that there are a whole bunch of mods that you can do to each one.

What I think I will do is start a thread about the RM100's and put all the info I know and find over time in there, keep it nice and tight for others looking for info.
