BUILD YOUR OWN OVERDRIVE PEDAL - Intro to Guitar Effect Pedals

Have you ever dreamed of building your own guitar foot pedal?
Would you like to try your hand at soldering?
Do you like point to point circuitry?
Would you like an overdrive pedal that will give you clean signal boost and smooth distortion?
Do you want to add a new pedal to your collection?

Join us for this workshop and learn the basics of guitar signal processing.

Guitar signal processing can be a fun and exciting to explore, but to the novice, it can be a bit intimidating. Join us for this educational hands-on workshop and actually build your own point to point, hand wired guitar overdrive pedal with the help of an expert. You'll learn to read a schematic as well as solder and assemble your own working stomp box with output and distortion controls.

Topics that will be discussed during our class:
*Guitar signal processing
*Hand Wired vs. PC Board electronics
*Soldering techniques
*Component properties and parts lists
...and much more.

WE supply you with all the parts. WE teach you what each component does. YOU leave the class with a working overdrive pedal!

Visit http://supremesoundstudio.com/worksh...erdrive-pedal/ for all the details about dates, times, locations, and registration.

Classes are limited to 12 and registration is on a first come first served basis. Be sure to register in advance to save you spot.

All electronic parts, enclosures, and knobs are included in the registration price. Students must supply their own 9-volt batteries. This overdrive pedal may be painted and customized very easily at home at your convenience.

Come to this class and get first hand knowledge of guitar effects. After you build your first foot pedal, who knows what you'll want to do as an encore.
