I had an old Crate mini stack (maybe just a tad bigger than the Marshall), what's cool about the mini stack is separating the speaker cabs and placing them on either side of the room for surround sound.
Want to know about an amp that I've been checking out lately.. The
Dime D100
. Half stack metal amp cheap as hell. What's cool is you can blend the channels:

Ive got a Blackstar HT-5 mini stack and it looks awesome in the living room corner - great guitar furniture! Of course the wife may disagree but what does she know?
GTR Music for great electric and acoustic guitars
. Good old fashioned service and plenty of stock too.

I used to have the combo version of the Marshall Lead 12. Great amp... in fact Billy Gibbons loved it too...
Quote from "The History of Marshall" by Michael Doyle
"...Naturally there are many modern Marshalls that can come close to approximating the Bluesbreaker sound but the most surprising one is the old 5005 (Lead 12) solid-state combo so beloved by Billy F Gibbons. He recorded such guitar greats as "My Head's in Mississippi" with this amp, and I am eternally in his debt for bringing it to my attention!..."
