i had an MT-2 (won one here :-D) i know what you are talking about, the MT-2s had a nice range for a boss pedal, but boss distortion pedals in general aren't the best, the original BOSS Overdrive...

the MT-2 didn't have a "digital" sound to me.... it had a "solid-state" sound :-\

i do like the hard tail on the strat though, i used to have a mexican strat and the trem drove me batty, i ended up taking a hunk of wood and sticking it behind the metal part that the strings go...

lol p-90's in a strat looks as funny as fender style single coils on a les paul.... i have seen it.... it's funny looking, when you get a chance to test it some more, leave a comment on how you like...

a fret job is significantly more difficult to do than a setup, a certain degree of carpentry / luthier skill is involved, it is very difficult to get the frets off that are on there without damaging...

not bad sounding, i would recommend usinf lower gain trasistors to get a more claassic sounding fuzz if you wanted, ala 2N2412 are my personal favorite fo Si transistors...... central...

i know sandman ^^ that was most deffinatly an item purchaced for flipping.. sandman is to fenders as hendrix is to les pauls..... have used them but tend to avoid them :-D
