i have nominal settings

1. peavey windsor 100W head (typically i pull the outside tubes to drop it to 50W for guitar, and it extends the life of my tubes...... i only have 1 pair in so the other...

brian, i see ukes, banjos, and mondos, no dulcimers? i have a mountain dulcimer, and that is the instrument i jam on durring TV commercials lol

were you refering to me sandman? lol i was a bass player and yeah i treat a guitar like a tool not like a trophey, the more dings it has and the more wear it shows the more character it has..........

only one reason i'd have to buy a new guitar from a store, and that is just so i could play it before i bought it, as far as buying one online sight unseen brand new i don't think i would, i'd prefer...

i like les pauls first and foremost, then followed by SGs, then telecasters, i prefer buckers, but i do like the variety a telecaster lends, and i like the sound of gibson single coils.... not sure...

i think gibsons are WAY over priced, but epiphone i believe are a fairly decent deal, ig i could snag up a decent gibson les paul for under 1100 and had the cash i'd do it, but 2500+ is rediculous...

talking about insane deals when i was in chicago a year ago, some guy came in the guitar center while i was in, and was trying to sell a MOOG MINIMOOG, guitar center told him they'd only give him 150...
