Which amp does everybody think is better?
 

:emo: So, which one do u think is better? I'm not sure which to get. Either a Bugera 6260 or 6262 or a Peavey Classic 30. I read good reviews on both.

Thoughts?

For cleans I'd go with the Classic 30. For drive, I'd go with Bugera. What kind of style do you play Fender?

Bugera 6260 remind me of Peavey's 5150. If you like the 5150 then you'll love the 6260.

I like Van Halen tones, i.e brown sound. I also use cleans. Sounds like the Bugera is for me :biggrin:

I'm not sure you can go wrong either way. PV are a dependable monster. Bugera, not so sure... yet.

I got a Crate V100H. It's definately not a Metal amp, but with an od pushin' the drive channel from the front and the new preamp tubes I put in, it S-C-R-E-A-M-S! If I really want a Death Metal tone I run a Metal Muff through the clean side :biggrin:. For the price(you can get a half stack for about the same price as a Bugera head), it can't be beat. Go to AMS and read some reviews on it. I've seen very little reviews on HC, and most of them were from Crate haters. Plus, it comes with a 5 year transferrable warranty :2thumbups:.
