BBE Sonic Maximizer 481i

Hey guys, i picked up a new toy and got to try it out today wanna see it?

http://www.bbesound.com/products/maxim/482i.asp

When i plugged it in and turned in on, it took very little time to adjust to the perfect tone, and it sounds great, tightens up my distortion amazingly!!
I haven't used it in stereo yet, i actually ran it in my effects loop, just the one channel and my lead guitar player did the same for the other, it cleared up soo much..
I highly recommend adding this one to your racks

Hell yeah, the BBE Sonic Maximizer actually adds bass and scoops the mids. I don't know if this is exactly what happens, but that's teh what I heard in my old 482i. They are a nice rack unit. Another cool thing is using in conjunction of the PA system. Great for DJs and live sounds.

The BBE is easy to dial in, but they do have a lot of range... more than needed imo. The are a great buy for the cost. Some people say they can get more use out of a 6 band graphic eq like MXR or Boss. But that's just preference.

Great pickup dude! :w:
