Anyone need help uploading songs, photos, or blogs to your Gear-Space?
 

Just curious-

It's pretty much self explanatory... However, it's new and different. If you anyone needs help, please post here. :yess:

I thought I had it figured out, but after I upload pics/descriptions to my Gear Space Profile, they show at first, but then the website deletes evreything except the last 2 pieces of gear uploaded whenever I next return to the site.

two different functions.

Yes, but see how it's only 2 guitars?

I've actually uploaded another 3 or 4 in addtion to those two. For some reason any besides the two most recent get deleted after the initial upload. They show up as there, right after I upload them, but when I come back to the site they're gone.

Ok, add photos to you "File Manager" after you get your photos up in there, go to "Upload Photo". This will add the photos to your "Pictures" tab.

Don't use the "Add Gear" function, it's being funky... :confused:

I tried to upload an mp3 song but it wont take it its just letters no spaces. This is how I am trying. I click on edit profile then my gear space then go down to upload MP3 I put in the information and then click select file another window pops up looks like my file manager I made a new folder called music clicked on browse found my file clicked on it then open and it don't go in the box if I click upload I get this (Please give it a name which only contain letters, digits, space, hyphen and underscore.) so I try to type a name in the box but when I click it brings up the browse box again. The name of the file is lastdance.mp3.

Okay.

So you went to: Profile > Gear Space > Upload MP3

Browse file, then Upload your MP3 to My File Manager (after you created new fold).

Then you 'checked' lastdance.mp and selected ('select') the file.

Did you fill in the fields in:

Song Title :
Short Description:
Song Description:

I just tested it with Alice N Chains "Would" and worked.

What browser are you using?

I am using fire fox and yep I put in all info like song title and stuff don't know why it don't work for me lol

ya i had truble downloading music to my pc
but got it to work
