This is a valid tip for anyone out there who are beginning at guitar. Timing is very important. Here is a link to an online metronome to use while sitting around jamming near your PC.

i could probaby use one of those, my sense of timing alone is horrible... i had to listen to panama a million damn times before i finally got the timing :wallbash:

Yeah, timing is a very underrated skill in learning guitar. In fact, bad timing is more of an issue as missing notes or messing up in a band presence. So for anyone starting to play guitar... use a metronome. You'll be glad you did when it's time to take it to the next level.
And you hit a good point also... some people are gifted with automatic timing skills and some are not. But not a correctable problem, just get out there and play-play-play! |

lucky me i seem to always had good timing with out the practice with a metronome, but my weakness is my pinky fingure, damn pinky
