Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
Kind of has a B.C. Rich Widow headstock....
Here's the lowdown on the Schecter Devil guitar: Double cut-away features a highly figured solid burl maple top. Its mahogany neck is into the body with Schecter's popular neck joint, allowing upper range access. The 24-fret fingerboard is inlaid. EMG 81/85 active humbuckers dish it out as does the TonePros bridge, string-thru-body and Grover tuners. Color: Blood Red Burst The price for one of these is about $750ish What do you think? http://www.americanmusical.com/Produ...arge/49542.jpg |

Re: Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
Yeah, the color makes it look really sick too. I like the deep red, but the headstock really drives me crazy.

Re: Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
yeah, the headstock is okay, but seems a bit weak and cartoon-y - the b.C. Rich at least comes to a point, gives it the edge!

Re: Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
Too mmmetal for me.
But it should sell well to those into that scene. |

Re: Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
I think the headstock is hideous, but otherwise it kinda reminds me of some of Washburn's Scott Ian models.

Re: Schecter Devil Custom Guitar
I've been curious about that guitar from Schecter. Looks very cool and I'm a huge fan of EMGs. I currently am play the ZW Epiphone bullseye LP that I reloaded w/ a set of ZW 81/85 actives and the thing cranks! I also play a Signature Visionary ( I bought it in 1990) and will not part with it. Its a strat style body with schaler hardware and ebony fretboard. Nice fast neck and seymour duncan trembucker and 2 singles.
