I played my buddies V847 and they are a great.  Lots of sweep range and have a nice voicing, not too trebly.  They're upgrade-able. 

I just placed bids on a couple on evilbay hoping I win one.  If I win more than one, I'll have some to sell  :hbang:

not too trebly

interesting... I bought one of these a year back, after years of using the dunlop cry baby. I didn't like it because it was too trebly. I wonder whether they are quite variable. I lent it to a mate who broke it a week later. I think i'll get another cry baby ro replace it...

I had the low end crybaby.. The $69 dollar one. I thought it was awful.  I liked the Vox better than a Budda that I had.

I sold all of them, now I'm thing about the Ibanez Weeping Demon.
