could NOT get along with the Pitbull like I did with the Sig:X, so I traded it for this.

Awesome!

I just got rid of my Nitro. It was a sweet amp but people were driving the value down A LOT on HC, so it was time for it to go, didn't want to lose ~$300 on it, instead, I traded it and made $100

Cool, what didn't you like about it? I'd LOVE to get a Nitro.....

I loved the amp actually, I just didn't want to hold on to it with the amount of cash I had in it because I know at some point I'd probably sell it and didn't want to take a $300 price hit on it :winkx:

Traded it for a Road King Series I Combo and $170 though, then I bought an Ampeg VH-140C, Genz Benz G-Flex, a guitar stand, a 2 ft speaker cable, 20ft instrument cable and 3 packs of 12 gauge strings for $190  :w:

Can't wait to run them both is stereo, it should be awesome.

 how the hell did you score that? I'd love to try a VH140C sometime, still have never had the chance at one of those.

I guess the guy really needed cash and priced it extremely low. There was actually a Mesa Mark IV head for sale the next day for $600, I wanted to buy it and resell it, since I've already had one and know I wouldn't want to keep it lol, but by the time I called him he'd already sold it :frownz:

The VH-140C is awesome! It's actually really similar to the Nitro's gain structure, just not quite as much clarity. It's soooo brutal though. I have the gain set at 4 and that's more gain than the Road King has maxed out.

well, if you decide to sell :winkx:
