ok first post here, so thank you in advance for any info.

so here goes, and this one is realy baking my noodle,

Ihave a matamp c7 posibly, no it is the best sounding amp i have heard and nothing i have tried even comes close but it is only 7 watts (a really big 7 watts granted) any how here in is my problem, how can i get this amp louder for the larger pub gig without full pa, I have been thinking of some sort of attenuator that will drop the signal to a line level then into a larger power amp but cant find anything that may solve my problem, :frown:

any help would be great,

cheers again

This has a line level "for recording", I don't see why you couldn't use it for what you want.

Maybe he got a bigger amp. Mic'n it would be the best way. Most clubs have a PA. He'd probably want to get a SM57.
