Yes one preamp tube in the power section and the preamp is digital

Vox do good work with their hybrid equipment.

I foresee the African mahogany AC30 being my amp of choice when I simmer down. (it's all valve).

The black diamond has lots of bells and whistles. More than I'd need... but on tap when needed.

I am interested in the amp. It be a great practice amp for me. I have always been impressed with Vox's modeling technology. Best in the industry if you ask me.

Practice amp lol I have gigged with the ad 50 vt for the last 5 gigs and it smoked both of my tube amps as far as sound and volume and I have a crate V-3112 and a Lee Jackson Ampeg 50 watt head and let me tell you this hybrid is the shit so far no bad harmonics that anyone can hear lol the jackson hurts my band members ears lol anyway this hybrid is incredible

Same here man I use an ad 50 when I go to gigs. I thought I would use it as a practice amp but once I used it I was blown away.
