Got my "new" Randall RG100ES!!!!

Now I'm just waiting for the RGP1000 preamp and RRM 2-120 power amp. :D

i do have to give randall kudos on the design and look of their older heads, they have a classic look to them, and they use FETs rather than MOSFETs or bi-polar transistors, they are mor tube like, but still solid state, i would prolly get one myself, accept why buy a solid state amp when a decent tube amp can be gotten for the same money? :-D

I guess it's a matter of preference. Tube amps are great and solid state amps are great. Can't we all just get along :w:

i'm not bashing solid state, by any means, i just prefer tubes.

So is the one on the top the one you just got? :w:

I don't think I've ever played a Randall guitar amp. I take it from prior comments it's solid state.

I have an old Randall bass amp that's pretty cool, except for a loose conection with the wire from the amp to the speaker.
