I went too Elderly Instruments in Lansing over the weekend and tried some of their used amps. They had a Bogner XTC that was heavenly. But I truly fell in Love with the Mesa Maverick head and matching 2x12 bottom. the thing had so many good tones and the El84's gave it that "thunk" that just gave me goose bumps. I wish I had the $1100 they want(anyone waana loan a brother $1200 LOLZ). It truly is like new and sounds like every amp Ive ever wanted. Does the Gains the Crunch and the Cleans equally well IMO.
Check it out.
