I'm really interested in trying out their LP Xaviere guitar at http://guitarfetish.com. I like the inlays on the guitars-

They have great prices on their Floyd Rose Tremolos too.

They have truly amazing stuff at a cheap price, just don't buy the tuners, they can't save your tunings if their whole family was at stake

I haven't played them but Jay, who founded GFS/Xaviere, posts over at Harmony-Central,and a lot of the people there have bought various Xaviere guitars. Both Jay and the guitars have a good rep at H-C.

Yeah I've read lots-a-good reviews on the Xaviere. I wanted to get one to test it against the Epiphone and Agile AL-3100.

I'm intrigued by their mod-boards as well. I like the idea, I just can't think of any pedal that I currently have that I like enough to put inside my guitar.

Haha, well you got your wish!

Fortunately I found an online bud to put in a shill bid a dollar over me, and I've sent him a money order, he's having the guitar sent to me on the premise that it's a gift. Of course, I made the MO out for a few more bucks than the transaction was for, and put in a chorus pedal I wasn't using anyhow. So I got a new (to me) guitar with my first set of GFS pups, under the marital radar, and he gets a couple bucks and a thank-you present. Win-win.

Should arrive next week, I'll do a thread after it arrives and I can take some pics.

I'm looking forward to it, I'm sure the GFS pups will be fine, I've yet to meet a P-90 I didn't like. :love:

We'll see about the rest of the guitar though. :winkx:
