They are a work of art. My friend out west has a 1952 non-orginal pick ups and bridge.

I love Tele's. They did do it right the first time with those.

The only time anyone will catch me w/ a single coil and a lipstick tube p/u is when I playing someone's Telecaster.

The color of that one is my favorite on a Tele too.

I just like single cut guitars for some reason.

I'd rank my all time favorite guitars as.....

1. Les Paul
2. Telecaster

Man, I do love that color w/ that black pickguard. That's a sweet Tele.

I believe that the best guitar ever is the strat. The tele is a great guitar, I just don't think it is quite as versatile as a strat.
so many people have been playing strats, and so many companies have designed their product after them. The world is full of strat-knockoffs. The original USA strat is a one-of a kind piece of art.

I think you're on to something here. Strat is one of the most sought after guitar. They paved the wave for the most popular body design.

I don't know if id say the tele is one of the best, and i don't like strats either, but i am a bias opinion because i dont really like any fenders unless they have scaloped necks and two humbuckers.
I think LP's and PRS are the best built.
