Just get a Metal Monster and be done with it :w:

Between the ME 70 and RP 1000, I like the Digitech the best -- but that's me. Tone / style / thrills; it's all subjective.

thnx for the advice.. n the review is enough to want me get the metal monster.... the sad part is ive already bought the ME70, I will get the metal monster too... but there is now way i will be able to hook it up with ME70 coz it doesnt have effects loop... all i can do is put it before ME70 but then the compressors will post distortion...... is there a way around .... any suggestons? Since i live in Nepal which in north of India.... I dont have a chance to send the ME70 back for RP1000..... all i can do is sell it second hand.........

Can't really offer useful info as I haven't used either. I sure do like how simple the ME-70 looks to use though. I hate menus.

yeah i do like the ME70. but it doesnt have the flexibility of RP1000 like effect loop etc... overall its a good unit....easy to setup and decent tones... i like the knob system. earlier i had RP7 which had a tube in it and i think the RP7's distortion was better than ME70s... which is why i wanted to try RP1000. but mr sandman suggested me MetalMonster and i think its awesome.... Now im thinkin about Metal Monster or UberMetal....? what bout box of metal... has anyone tried it?

I'm not really a fan of Line 6 Uber Metal. To me they sound processed or digital like their Spider amps.

Check out the Metal Muff. I though the leads sounded a bit dry, but the rhythm is thick

I have a suggestion buy a tube head and a cabinet and forget all of the floor effects all that they do is destroy the amps sound. I run a behringer v-verb through the effects loop of my triple xxx. The only thing on the floor is a midi pedal a wah and a volume pedal. And it sounds great on stage.
