My lead guitarist just bought a Rivera Knuckle head Tre.   to start this off right, for you's who don't know me well, We play mostly Metal.
This amp sounds AMAZING, the knobs have boost pull pots and even the cleans sounds great, theres now reverb or effects built in.   It's 115Watts of pure tube power..  EL-34's.   This amp is crazy loud and has huge amounts of gain, but still cleans up very nice, it's a great all round amp, and i would compare it very closly to a mesa boogie roadster, but it has more of a midrange sound rather then the bottom end like mesa.   Should i dare say Mesa Lows and Marshall Highs in one amp..  You be the judge  but beware they do come with a $3500.00 Price tag!! and nothing but a footswitch.

when i tried one out, i found even with boosted mids it sounded very scooped and a mesa sounded more midsy and crunchy.
