So I want a new amp. My fender is good, but I want a tube amp. Now I saw this Marshall 3203 on the HC forums. Apparently it was made in the 80's or so. It has a solid state preamp and a tube power amp. It apparently sounds like a hot rodded JCM800, but it gets teh brUtalz with a boost in front of it. Here are some pics.

He wants $465 + shipping, I'm trying to bump it down to $400 or so shipped. What do you guys think?

if he will let ya pay $465 with free s hipping then its a fair price.. as on the sleeze bay theres a few including one thats at $80 with 4 days left to bid

check here... http://search.SleazeBay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=marshall+3203&category0=

but $400 shipped is kinda low price at least to me it is.. but hey never hurts to ask and see what they say..... but these heads are hard to find these days. so i can see why he asking that much.. and they sound nice at least i love the sound of these heads.....

hope that helps some.. maybe someone else can share some thoughts.... besides just mine.... jumpgrin
