Are you looking for an OD or distortion pedal? For a dirt pedal, try a Metal Muff, I love the shit out of mine. It makes my Crate XT120 SCREAM bloody murder!!! I also have a Keeley modded MT-2 it 's my second fav. For OD try an SD-1, it's ok with an eq after it, or any of the Tube Screamers. They're nice as well.

I have the modded Soundtank Tube Screamer given out a couple month's ago in the gear-monkey contest.  I also have a stock Ibby Soundtank 60's Fuzz I like.

Oddly, my fave is a distortion pedal that most people seem to hate,  a DOD Supra Distortion:

The trick with it is to leave it at the bassiest tone setting and only turn the gain up a little bit.

What kind of sound are you looking for? That would help.
